Union Landscape Private Limited (“Union Landscape”, “we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and its regulations (“PDPA”). It applies to our website (ulssg.com), contact forms, emails, social channels, and offline interactions in Singapore.

  • Identification & contact data: name, company, job title, email, telephone number, mailing address.

  • Project & service data: site addresses, drawings/specifications you provide, warranty & maintenance records, photographs of completed works.

  • Transaction data: quotations, purchase orders, invoices, payment and delivery information.

  • Communications: enquiries, feedback, emails, WhatsApp messages, and call details.

  • Website & device data: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, and cookies or similar technologies (see Cookies below).

  • Recruitment data: CV/resume details, qualifications, references (if you apply for a role with us).

Where you provide personal data of another person (e.g., a colleague or site contact), you confirm you are authorised to do so.
 

2) Purposes of collection and use

We collect, use, and disclose personal data for the following purposes:

  • Providing our products and services (e.g., consulting, supply, installation, surfacing, maintenance, warranties, after-sales support).

  • Customer management (responding to enquiries, preparing quotations, scheduling site visits, managing accounts).

  • Business operations (supplier and subcontractor management, logistics, project documentation, quality assurance, training).

  • Billing & compliance (invoicing, payment processing, accounting, audit, legal and regulatory obligations).

  • Safety & security (incident reporting, fraud prevention, IT security).

  • Marketing (sending updates about products, services, or events, in compliance with PDPA’s Do Not Call provisions).

  • Recruitment (processing job applications).

  • Any other purpose for which we obtained consent or which is permitted by law.
     

3) Consent, withdrawal, and preference management

Where required by PDPA, we will obtain your consent for collection, use, and disclosure. You may withdraw consent (including for marketing) at any time by contacting us (see Contact Us). We will process your request within a reasonable time and inform you of any likely consequences.
 

4) Do Not Call (DNC) provisions

Before sending marketing calls, SMS, or fax messages to a Singapore number, we will screen against the DNC Registry or rely on your clear and unambiguous consent where applicable. You may opt out of such messages at any time using the unsubscribe instructions or by contacting us.
 

5) Disclosure to third parties

We may disclose personal data, on a need-to-know basis, to:

  • Service providers and data intermediaries (e.g., IT hosting/cloud, email services, analytics, payment processors).

  • Project partners (e.g., subcontractors, suppliers, logistics partners) to fulfil your project or service.

  • Professional advisors (auditors, accountants, lawyers, insurers).

  • Authorities and regulators where required by law.

We require our service providers to protect personal data in accordance with PDPA and our instructions.
 

6) Cross-border transfers

Our primary operations and clients are in Singapore. Where personal data is transferred or hosted outside Singapore (e.g., by cloud service providers), we will ensure such transfers comply with PDPA’s Transfer Limitation obligation by putting in place legally enforceable arrangements to provide a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.
 

7) Accuracy

We take reasonable steps to ensure personal data is accurate and complete. Please keep us updated if your details change.
 

8) Protection (security)

We implement reasonable administrative, physical, and technical measures to safeguard personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal, or similar risks. Examples include access controls, need-to-know permissions, secure storage, and staff confidentiality obligations.
 

9) Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes stated or as required by applicable laws (e.g., tax and accounting records). Project and warranty records may be retained for the duration of warranties and a reasonable period thereafter.
 

10) Access and correction

You may request access to your personal data and correction of any error or omission. Please submit a written request to our DPO (see Contact Us). We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to PDPA exceptions, and may charge a reasonable fee where permitted.
 

11) Data breach management and notification

We assess and manage suspected personal data breaches promptly. Where a breach is notifiable under the PDPA (e.g., likely to result in significant harm or of significant scale), we will notify the PDPC and affected individuals as soon as practicable.
 

12) Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies and similar technologies to operate our site, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use our pages. You can adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies; doing so may affect site functionality. If we use analytics tools, we do so to improve site performance and content.
 

13) Third-party sites

Our website may contain links to third-party sites (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram). We are not responsible for those sites’ privacy practices. Please review their policies.
 

14) Children’s personal data

Our services are intended for organisations and adult representatives. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
